About Solid Rivets

Solid rivets are mechanical fasteners used to permanently join two or more pieces of material together. They have been used for centuries and continue to be employed in various industries where a strong, permanent, and reliable connection is required.

Solid rivets have a cylindrical shaft with a head at one end. The opposite end passes through the workpieces to be deformed and shaped, thus creating a second head on the opposite side of the materials. The creation of the second head clamps the two materials together.

Though there are many solid rivet types, what they all have in common is their strength. Solid rivets create a strong and permanent connection. They can be made from aluminum, steel, stainless steel, copper, brass, Monel, and other alloys.

They also have a wide range of uses spanning industries like aircraft, ships, automobiles, industrial machinery, budges, and more.

We offer solid rivets of different sizes, materials, and shapes along with solid rivet tools for fast and efficient application.
